Greenfield Online Site Closing

Hello,

As you are now aware, Greenfield Online has become a part of Toluna USA Inc!  Beginning February 1, 2010 your Greenfield Online account will officially become a Toluna USA account, and you will no longer have access to the Greenfield Online website.  Instead, you will be re-directed to the Toluna USA homepage to login and participate.

As a member of Toluna, you will continue to experience the same high standards and quality that you have come to know through Greenfield Online surveys and support, but you will also be introduced to a variety of exciting new features and benefits including:

-          An expanded points reward program that puts you in control of your rewards, and allows you to earn more, faster

-          New ways to interact with the community, through quick polls and discussions

-          Exciting new ways to redeem your points

Once again, as of February 1, 2010, the Greenfield Online website will no longer be available.  You will then be able to login to your account solely through the Toluna website, using the username you’ve created and your current password.  As a final reminder, you will not need to take any action during this final transition.  Your Greenfield Online account balance will automatically be rolled into your new Toluna account, and all of your survey and payment history will be available for you to review.

As has been noted in each communication and throughout the forum, as a Greenfield member, you will not have access to the Toluna website until the Greenfield site closes and your account is transferred over to the Toluna site.  So, up until January 31st, you will continue to use this website. Beginning February 1st, you will begin using the Toluna website and will sign in using the username you created with us and your existing Greenfield password.

If however you did have an account with Toluna prior to our merger, please send me an email at tolunarewards@greenfield.com with the username and email address you used to register and I will have our engineering department look into your account and find the problem.

Invoke studies take between 4-6 weeks to be credited to your account, so it is too soon for any that you participated in this month to be closed or to have any updates on them.  As soon as the study closes we will issue the credit to you, unfortunately, it will not be for at least 2 weeks.

No, it won't be a problem, if you have not created one yet, you will be prompted to do so on the Toluna site.

Just to note- we've had some changes to our schedule, so the transition to Toluna will now begin on February 2nd, and it will take about a week for everyone to be moved over to the Toluna site. While we are moving everyone, the Greenfield site will remain open, and you will be able to login.  Once your account has been moved, when you try to login at Greenfield you will be redirected to the Toluna website.  We are going to send out a new update on Sunday or Monday with the details.

Keith- no, the cashout minimum will remain at $20.  You can cash out now if you'd like, but if you choose not to the minimum isn't going to change, so you will still be able to request the payment on Toluna's site.

GG77 - Please send an email to TolunaRewards@greenfield.com with the Invoke ID# so I can see what you status is and why you have not received payment.

I get directed to toluna after each survey now, but still unable to log in using greenfield account.  I have to log into each one seperate, and i still have an active account using greenfield.
